Today was Mom & Auntie Kathy's birthday party. Here is the yummy dessert I made. It is a Banana Split Ice Cream Sandwich. You make thin little cookies, mix mashed banana's in with vanilla ice cream then roll the sandwich in chopped peanuts and top with whip cream and chocolate sauce. Sooo so good!
Cameron found Madelyn's Elmo drum set. He was very excited to try it out. Maybe time to start thinking about something similar as a birthday gift?
