Yesterday at Lego Land Cameron and Aaron both got to pick out some Lego's that Nana and Grampy bought for them. These were Cameron's first real Lego's and he picked Lightning and Mater. We told him after being such a brave boy he could pick what he wanted to do today and he wanted to spend the day at NanaGrampy's house putting together his new Lego's. Here's Caleb teaching him how to read the instructions.
He was very excited once Lightning was put together. Here you can see the giant band-aid we put on his face to cover his cut. After being at the hospital for a while and the 2 hour drive home we didn't get home until about midnight. Cameron was of course asleep and Caleb and I were both very tired. We knew that we wanted to cover up his cut so he wouldn't sleep directly on it or unknowingly mess with it but little band-aids weren't big enough to cover it. So I stuck this giant one over it without thinking about the consequences of it sticking to his hair. Oops.
